Fitness Coaching

Whether you’re beginning an exercise regimen or an elite athlete preparing for your next event, there is a fitness program to meet your specific training needs. Fitness coaching is ideal for someone who is interested in taking responsibility for his/her own results using a guided program designed around their specific level of fitness and desired goals.

Your program will take into account your lifestyle, the equipment you have access to, as well as time available. It’s the perfect way to stay on track when you are not training at the studio.

Fitness Coaching $175 for first package and $70 for follow up packages
  • 3 week individualized training plan with workout instruction, duration, and intensity
  • Initial consult to determine needs and program structure
  • Separate fitness assessment appointment in order to assess muscular imbalances and/or weaknesses
  • Unlimited emails and phone conversations at your initiative
