My form is much improved and I’m a lot stronger. Recently added a second day for leg work.
Any thoughts about working with Matthew or your experience thus far at Carpe Diem Personal Training?
It’s never boring or routine with Matt. He constantly presents me with new challenges and makes sure we are working toward my goals.
