Why did you seek out training at Carpe Diem Personal Training?
Initially, I sought out Matthew to gain muscle definition. Shortly after training with him, I became pregnant with my third child. I gained 80 pounds during that pregnancy. When I returned to training, I needed to lose fat, gain muscle and regain confidence.

Matthew is a rock star. I have trained with others in the past, and Matthew is in a league of his own. He is knowledgeable, skilled and precise. He is unbelievably encouraging and supportive in all aspects of personal fitness and health. With him, you get sustainable results. I have never trained so hard in my life, but the pride I feel in what I can do (thanks to Matthew’s help) is immeasurable.
